With consumers becoming increasingly tuned in to green initiatives, along comes CODA Automotive - the only all-electric car from the only all-electric car company. We partnered with CODA to entrench their brand within America's prolific car culture consciousness as a unique option. We had our work cut out for us because EVs are an emerging category surrounded by questions and misconceptions, and Big Oil has been the 800-pound gorilla in the room for as long as we can remember. But we seized the opportunity with our "R.I.P. Gas Station Campaign" campaign, out-of-home and outdoor ads that teasingly prophesized the demise of the gas pump. When 70% of So Cal gas stations refused to install our message at the pump, it generated significant press coverage.
