Kriser's

 

Kriser's are not your average pet stores. The pet products boutique embraces the notion of all-natural, human-grade pet foods, and of family, both the two- and four-legged variety. Both Kriser's products and philosophy revolve around that healthy lifestyle and sense of community. Founder Brad Kriser launched Kriser's in Chicago in 2006. In 2009, he turned to goodness Mfg. to launch Kriser's in Southern California. Our research yielded the following about the brand's core values: educating consumers sets Kriser's apart; Kriser's employees are deeply passionate pet lovers who don't think of their jobs as work, more a way of life; and Brad Kriser's own voice and philosophy is deeply connected to the brand. We worked closely with architects to optimize traffic and signage in stores and continued to educate through in-store events like Pet Meet Ups.  As a result, sales two months after opening increased 35% and plans immediately got underway to open more stores.

As Kriser's readies to open seven new Southern California stores in 2012, we're focusing on local marketing and social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Blogging) to coincide with store openings as well as refreshing in-store messaging. Our objectives are to put new Kriser's stores on the map and increase traffic to existing stores. Meanwhile, here are some highlights of our work on behalf of one of our favorite population segments: four-legged friends!
